Title: TT meet up?

Does anyone know if there is there a thumper event next week at the TT? I will be on my Honda XR600, having failed to get my SRX6 ready for the MOT. Rob

I'll be there.  Beemer again, subject to looking at the oil blow in which case it could yet be the Tenere..

Steffan will be there.  Skorpion.

Our mate Keith also, occasionally frequents this very forum.  W650 Kawasaki.  We are staying at the same Church Hall I stayed at 2 years ago in central Douglas.

I will happily meet up.

Not going this year but hopefully next year. brother is on his iom registered srx, though and could be persuaded to meet up.
Will richard be trying for a fast trip over the mountain when foggy and and raining like last time I was there. It takes a bit of getting used to on the wrong side of double white lines in a blind bend in the fog when "making progress" as the manual says.

Thanks to all who replied, I am travelling with a mate on his similarly ancient BM 1000 twin, and we will be staying at a B&B in Onchan. Going up on Saturday 6th, and arriving late, so hope I am functioning for Mad Sunday. Last time I went was in 1979, when the nutters in the outside lane were on Triumph Bonnevilles and Ducatis, with the odd GS1000 Suzuki. Now it will be R1's I suppose.

I will be at Creg-Ny-Baa pub at 1pm in case anyone can make it. Bike is a tatty red XR600 reg  E311 LAN. My mobile number is 07957 780167 or text me yours. Cheers Rob
