my srx runs okay for 8or9 miles than it dies when i wind back the throttle and misfires i replaced the rectifier, ignition coil, cleaned the carbs, petsealed the tank but this is still a problem anyone got and ideas what might be wrong i also checked the tank to make sure it was not air locked

if it cuts out after less miles hwen using more throttle, then fuel delivery is probably the problem. check fuel tap & pipe for a good flow, also check for sticky float and pin (although unlikely on a single).

Is your choke stuck on ?.
I'd also try running without the air filter in place, leave the cover in place just take the filter out. If this improves thing thens its running rich.
Float height correct ?
