Title: Meet up at Dent

Haven't been on the site for a while as I seem to have been trying to access another older or mucked up site. Anyhow I've been quite busy and just returned from sailing a yacht to Norway, great place but beer toooooo expensive. To come to the point some members and others namely some of the Honda owners club. XT owners club etc have expressed interest in having a meet up at Dent later on this year. I'm happy to semi organise in as much as I can get the marquee there and lo and behold a load of bikes turn up! I'll make sure that we can use the site and make sure that we can have the level areas. Now the point is that I am not a family person and don't know which weekend would be most suitable. October would be good as weather should still be reasonable, but which weekend? Suggestions most appreciated.
I recon I can get quite a few takers and will promote the weekend as an informal meet and come if you wish.
Alternatively we try and find a site down south that will host such a gathering. ;D

I'm interested either way !
Will know better nearer the time of course,work monies and everything else considrered.

I do like informal get togethers......!!

Steve, for me the weekend Friday10th October- Sunday 12th October (I would have to get leave for the Friday. but if not would stay until the Monday). I don't think I can make Holland so this would make up for it.

Ooh, sorry Steve. I've just noticed you might need a site "down south". Let me know and I can pop up to the pub in Billingshurst. I would need an estimate of numbers and whether we'd need to book breakfasts etc. but we can sort that at a later date if you like.

I would love to have a weekend at Dent and will make an effort to be there.

            I'd really like to get back to Dent after last years annual rally.  I can't make any promises at this stage but I'll do my best to be there.

Going to have to call in a few favours/get swaps of shift etc.  but will try hard to make this. Well done Steve.
