Title: alternative tyres for a skorpion
Post by: flybynight on August 20, 2007, 10:49:20 AM
i have  a MZ skorpion traveller and i need a new rear tyre due to a hole, a massive loss of air and some tramac surfing. does anybody know if there is an alternative to the bridgestone battlax bt 92  150/60 zr17 for the back? or do i need to stay brand loyal??

Hmmm!  Sounds like a nasty one mate! Glad you're ok.

Mine had Dunlop Sportmax on front and rear when I bought it.  I wasn't crazy about them...

Changed to BT092's front and rear.  Big smiles all round- you know that "new tyre" feeling?  Well, it was like "new bike".  Any thoughts of sale went out the window.

Am no expert on tyres, see what others have...
