argh!!! i wish id seen this earlier!!!!!

im on an 80 hour week at work just now and just saw this, ive already wedged a plastic screw in it which seems to have done the trick but i cant unscrew it now.....it will shear off if i try to adjust it and i just hope that its not running lean.....



argh!!!!!!
