A man was charged with killing his victim by using 60 grit sandpaper yesterday.
He told the court “I only wanted to rough him up a bit”

No Ian, I’ve just been saving them up and thought the good ol TC needed a bit of cheering up. Seems to have been a bit quiet as of late
