Eliud Kipchoge the Kenyan marathon runner who just ran the first sub-two hour marathon can probably run 26 miles faster than I can get out of my chair and to the front door to answer an Amazon delivery driver!

Ahhh.....but surely if said amazon delivery driver was delivering some motorcycle parts you’d be up outta that chair and at the door in a sub 3 seconds 😉🏃???

You're  right about parts for the MM Michael, but unlike Ali when I switch the bedroom light off I forget where the bed is or why I am in the bedroom in the first place. Then I need a wee.
