40bhp at 8k revs, max torque at 6.5k revs, not bad. nice looking bikes, wonder if they'll go the same way as other 'new' thumpers though ?
are they made in the uk? don't think so

No Steve they’re not made in England. The full design team are from and based in England but most of the parts are manufactured in India then the actual bikes are built at triumphs factory over in Thailand. From what I’ve read up to now they will be pitched at around the £5000 mark, yet to be confirmed.

at that price they could do ok, they'll be ok for an A2 license holder at 19 yo. so, if the design is 'hip' enough for youngsters then it could fly.
