We hed a couple of weeks of warm dry weather so I decided I was going to tax the bike for April, Im sure thats the reason the weather changed back to cold and wet so Im going to hold off till May

It takes a proper man to stand up and take responsibility for his actions. Obviously, yours was an expensive mistake as you surely now owe every single member a drink!?😃

Wow I've never been lucky enough to be associated, however distantly, with a person who can influence an entire planet's weather! I am humbled in your presence.
Seriously, the weather is a right pain. A couple of weeks of promise and warmth and then bang! here is the rain, cold and wind again. I came home from a little ride around this afternoon and my glasses were constantly being pushed back onto my eye lashes by the wind. Any spectacle wearers will realise how irritating this is.
