Well done as suggested and a silent bike - the cartridge was only in finger tight plus a bit so that may have been it.  My torque wrench only goes to 40 and does not fit my tool anyway - so I did it "bloody tight" - but not as suggested by Terry Hobbs for the Triton wheel nuts - do em up till they strip then back off a bit...

New rear wheel fitted - now does not wobble - and an up grade to V-brakes on the way.

Bummer of the day is discovering a split in the nose of my Brooks B17 - Nooooooooooooooooooo
